The real estate business has been less than booming as of late. It seems that houses are not selling, even new builds are just sitting there. It really is a buyer’s market, but that is a problem, because people can not sell their homes to get the mortgage down payments! It probably has a lot to do with the horrible economy, I do not know if it is as bad as everywhere, but in Michigan, the economy is awful.

I would like to have a luxury home built to my specifications from the ground up. I want to have a say in every little detail that would be going into the home, from the kind of wood to the kind of drywall that would be put in there. I would of course want vinyl siding when the project is almost complete, my favorite is the clay color with forest green trimming!
