I know most people think that Rocky IV was really cheesy, but I’ve always liked it. It had a great soundtrack and a patriotic theme, and those great training in the snow scenes in Siberia. What I didn’t know is that the original ending to the film had Rocky being killed during the fight with Drago. But then we couldn’t have had Rocky V and last year’s Rocky Balboa.

Another song for my mom to be offended by. The number one song of 1988 was Faith, by George Michael, Whamless this time. I remember all the girls going crazy over those ripped jeans in the video.

1. Faith, George Michael
2. Need You Tonight, INXS
3. Got My Mind Set On You, George Harrison
4. Never Gonna Give You Up, Rick Astley

Have you ever used this nifty fiber cable. It comes in real handy. I remember a few years back when they first started using this new type of cable, it was the biggest hype for the longest time. That reminds me I need to update my cable box and get an HD box, I have the nice TV but no box to match it.
