The real estate business has been less than booming as of late. It seems that houses are not selling, even new builds are just sitting there. It really is a buyer’s market, but that is a problem, because people can not sell their homes to get the mortgage down payments! It probably has a lot to do with the horrible economy, I do not know if it is as bad as everywhere, but in Michigan, the economy is awful.
