The Color of Money stars two heart-throbs from two different generations: Paul Newman and Tom Cruise. Newman reprised his role as Edward “Fast Eddie” Felson from the movie The Hustler and won the Oscar for Best Actor in 1986. Tom Cruise did all of his own pool-playing, with the exception of one trick shot that director Martin Scorcese didn’t want to wait for him to learn.
